“Halfway There” — Reflect, Realign, Re-ignite

Halfway through the year - time to review, reflect and revise.

What better time to revisit your commitment to Intentional Living and consider your progress, adjust your planning to ensure it is still in Balance and aligns with what truly matters to you.

Whether your planning feels off-track or just a little dusty, this mid-year check-in is your chance to realign with what matters most to you. Even if you’ve coasted a bit – that’s alright. What matters most is that you do the “check in.” Let’s be honest—goals only work if we give them time and attention.

Step 1: Check Up on Your Goals

Action Step: Open your Goals Master Sheet™ and revisit what you set out to do in January.
✓ Are those goals still relevant?
✓ Did you plan time for them in your Monthly, Weekly, or Daily Master Sheets™?
✓ If one of your goals was about finances, how are you doing? “Check in” with your Financial Suite of Master Sheets™.

Step 2: Take Stock of Your Finances – No Guilt, Just Clarity

Start with your “Set in Stone” Budget:
✓ Review your fixed expenses—some might be negotiable. Call your phone or internet provider and ask if they can offer a better rate.
✓ Rent or mortgage renewal coming up? Explore your options—it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Now open your “Shifting Sands” Budget Master Sheet™:
✓ This is where things can easily “wander” - dining out, impulse buys, forgotten subscriptions.
✓ Track your spending closely for a week. Look for patterns. Where is the money leaking?

Try a “cash envelope” system for things like takeout or weekend splurges. Once the envelope’s empty, that’s it—no more splurging!

Review Weekly: Make it a habit. Commit to a 5-minute check-in to keep your finances aligned with your goals.

Step 3: Reset and Reignite Your Focus for the Next 6 Months

In your Intentional Living Canvas™, ask yourself:
✓ Are there any recurring obstacles that keep popping up? If yes, how can you reposition or eliminate them?
✓ What’s been working, and what hasn’t?
✓ Are there any small changes I could make that could make a difference moving forward?

Digital Planning & Productivity: “Time Audit To MASTER Your Minutes”

Ever spent 45 minutes scrolling and regretted lost time?

Can you imagine if you scrolled your own life as much as your feed—where would you be right now?

We used to get bored and do something, now it’s just too easy to scroll.

Not sure where your day goes? You’re not alone. Most of us lose hours to digital distractions—and we don’t even realize it. That’s where our Time Audit comes in. This isn’t about guilt. It’s about taking back your minutes and turning them into Intentional moments that create momentum and move you forward, creating Balance.

Step 1: Notice Where Your Time Really Goes

Open your Intentional Living Canvas™ and jot down how much optional screen time fills your day. Then look at your Goals Master Sheet™ and ask:

✓ Was a goal neglected or sacrificed to my digital scrolling?
✓ Was my scrolling time something I honestly needed and wanted—or just a habit?
✓ Next time I grab my phone, can I pause and choose something different and better—even for five minutes?

You don’t need to overhaul your habits—just get honest with yourself about where your time is going. Is it Intentional or does it “just happen”?

Step 2: Spot the Time Wasters

How much of your day is just content grazing, digital drifting, or passively passing time?

Using the philosophy in Eyes of Insight™, ask yourself these custom prompts:
✓ Five years from now—what will I wish I’d spent more time on?
✓ Did scrolling steal time from the life I really wanted?
✓ If I learned something from my digital drifting, how or where have I saved that information?

Step 3: Reclaim It. Redirect It. Live It.

When you track your time, you start to own it. Replace a scroll session with a micro-moment. For example: one drawer cleaned, one deep breath, one walk in nature, one call to a friend. Every small choice adds up. And those minutes? They belong to you again. Reach for your Intentional Living Canvas™ and see how quickly this time adds up.

Challenges & Activities: Halfway Check In – Where Am I Now?

Do you ever step outside your Comfort Zone?

Intentional Living is about making conscious choices that align with your values, goals, and vision for life. One of the most powerful ways to grow and live with Intention is by pushing past your comfort zone. What would happen if you pushed yourself—just a little further?

We’re six months in. You’ve grown. You’ve stumbled. Maybe you’ve coasted a little. That’s okay. The question now is: where are you now?  Eyes of Insight™ might help you out here!

Why Getting Uncomfortable Gets Results

Growth rarely happens when we’re cozy. When we stretch beyond the familiar, we shake off old routines and start to see new possibilities and new horizons. Consider that growth starts when comfort ends:
✓ You challenge your thinking and perhaps your “confirmation bias.”
✓ You build confidence and resilience as you consider and evaluate what is unknown.
✓ You grow faster—because you’re finally moving forward with Intention.
✓ You stop living on autopilot and start actively shaping your own life.

3-Day Self Check-In (Your Mid-Year Reset)

Day 1: Open your Intentional Living Canvas™. Write down your biggest accomplishment since January, and then—be honest—one limiting belief that’s still holding you back.

Day 2: Name one small action that feels slightly uncomfortable—but would expand your perspective. Own It. Declare it. Share it. Step into it!

Day 3: Write a Half-Year Contract with yourself. Just one promise: each month, you’ll do one thing that stretches you beyond your comfort zone.

Then, open your Time Capsule Vault™ and reflect on: “What challenge did I face—and how did I overcome it?” Let that answer anchor you for your forward momentum.
