November: Fuel the Future. Reduce December chaos.
Learning from the Past & Actioning our Future

Learning from the Past—Fueling the Future
November is the perfect time to pause and consider if you are having success in Creating Balance.
Before the year ends, give yourself the gift of reflection—not with pressure, but with curiosity. What truly made you happy?
Your Intentional Living Canvas™ is the place to record what this year has really meant to you. Let’s walk you through where to look for those reflections:
Open Captured Moments & Memories™ - what memories shaped your year?
Head into your Time Capsule Vault™ and revisit “Challenges and Growth.”
Every Day Echoes™ encourages a pause, checking your reflection - what emotion surfaces?
Pause and look at your reflection—whether in a mirror, a window, or even water. What emotion surfaces in that moment of stillness?
And then, in Eyes of Insight™, consider what gave you hope this year.
Step 1: Look Back to Move Forward
Now that you have reflected on many aspects of the year, let’s dive back into your Intentional Living Canvas™ and “paint a story”:
✓ What am I most proud of?
✓ What felt most fulfilling?
✓ What challenges did I face—and conquer?
✓ What can I do to be more in tune with the connection between my physical and emotional state?
Step 2: Set 1–2 Final Focus Points
Based on your “painted canvas,” is there something that is calling for your attention before the year ends?
Can you set one or two new Intentional Goals for next year? This may seem like a misuse of words, when in fact it is not. Not all goals are Intentional. Some are reactionary, vague, or chosen to meet others’ expectations. Intentional Goals are those chosen with motivated purpose, aligned with values and not just thrown on a list.
They don’t need to be big goals—just Intentional ones. This is your start for Reflections and Ambitions Master Sheet™ at the end of the year.
