October: Year End Planning with Gratitude Reveal
Time to Update What Really Matters.

October - time to update important personal documents.
This is a golden moment of pre-holiday clarity – a calm moment to review those documents without upcoming holiday chaos. It’s the perfect month to quietly update the small, important things that support daily peace of mind. Updating now gives you time to act on any year-end prep.
October gives us a rare pause—before the hustle of holidays kicks in. Details may seem small but keeping them updated is an act of self-respect—and calm before the chaos. Plan to make time to keep what matters most – staying in the moment, staying current!
Head into the following Signature Master Sheets™ and give these areas a quick refresh:
✓ Emergency Contacts - Numbers, addresses, professionals current? List where important documents under “Notes.”
✓ Pet Care Chronicles - Any new “family members”? Vet changes?
✓ Doctor’s Appointments - Time for a follow-up or routine check-in?
✓ Birthdays & Anniversaries - Anyone to add or update?
✓ Password Tracker - Yup, it’s that time. Protect your digital space.
Digital Planning & Productivity: Preparing for Year-End – How to Finish Strong

October – It’s time for a Gratitude Reveal!
October marks the start of the final quarter of the year - the perfect time to tidy up your planning. Finish strong and start fresh. It’s a great time to review your year-to-date planning in Master Sheets™ before December chaos begins.
Let’s create a Custom Master Sheet™ behind your MTCB™ cover. Consider it to be your Intentional Living Record – like a “Notes to Self-Summary.” Your space for starting your planning list of anything from ideas to reminders. Hopefully, you are an expert with custom pages by now, but if not - check our Navigation Manual for how to copy, rename, and position new pages.
Here’s the start to your Annual Digital Review Checklist—quick, thoughtful, and incredibly freeing:
✓ Debt Tracker - Are interest rates different? Do you have card alerts set up for security and peace of mind?
✓ Savings – Once again, review the interest rates you have listed. Any ability to adjust?
✓ Subscriptions, Rewards & Gift Cards - Are you using what you’re paying for? Have prices changed? Are you on “auto-renew”?
✓ Reward Points - Do you know how many you have; what you can use them for? Could they cover holiday gifts?
✓ Gift Cards - Any you’ve forgotten about? Check expiry dates—maybe even regift a few.
✓ Family Sharing - Can you share a subscription and save? Or plan “what & when” to watch and pause your other streaming account?
Challenges & Activities: "Gratitude Reveal” Challenge

Your "Gratitude Reveal" within the context of Intentional Living.
Join us to shift your focus from thinking something is a challenge to a hidden blessing. Strengthen your connections and appreciation for the past, present and future you.
Sometimes the most powerful gratitude moments are the ones we almost missed—hidden inside our challenges, growth, or change. This 4-step challenge will help you rediscover them, one layer at a time. Gratitude isn’t just a warm feeling—it rewires your brain.
Practicing it activates dopamine and serotonin, which support optimism, calm, and resilience. Plus, when we model this mindset, it gently ripples into the lives of those around us. The domino effect in action!
Step 1: Return to the Obvious
Open your Gratitude Jar Master Sheet™. As you read past entries, do you see recurring themes—joyful moments, proud accomplishments and perhaps some quiet wins?
Your Intentional Living Canvas™ is waiting to hear from you!
Step 2: Search the Hidden Spaces
Next, head into your Brain Dump Vault Master Sheet™. Look through past entries that once felt chaotic. Can you now “reveal” the calm you created in identifying these issues, or the solutions you built? That’s gratitude - hiding in hindsight. More gems for your Intentional Living Canvas™!
Step 3: Reflect on Financial Growth
Open your Financial Suite of Master Sheets™. Looking back, what past challenges have you dealt with that reveal your resourcefulness? Did unexpected expenses teach you something valuable? Recognize your personal growth, not just the numbers. Now we are up to nuggets, for your Intentional Living Canvas™.
Step 4: Revisit the Distance You’ve Travelled
Now open your Goals Master Sheet™. You started somewhere. You’ve arrived somewhere else. What milestones can you now celebrate—no matter how small? Resilience deserves recognition.
As always, we encourage you to journal your reflections in your Intentional Living Canvas™, and if one moment really speaks to you, share it in Captured Moments & Memories.™ Gratitude turns what you already have – into enough!
